About Examination Control Division (ECD)

The Examination Control Division (ECD) of the Institute of Engineering, Tribhuvan University is a central administrative unit responsible for planning, organizing, and managing all examination-related activities across its five constituent campuses and ten affiliated colleges. ECD plays a vital role in maintaining the integrity, efficiency, and transparency of the academic evaluation system.

The division conducts regular semester examinations, back/re-examinations, and opportunity examinations for various undergraduate and postgraduate engineering programs offered by five constituent campuses and ten affiliated colleges. It ensures timely publication of results, proper record management, and adherence to academic standards and policies set by the Tribhuvan University.
