Dear Esteemed Faculty Members, Staffs and Students of the Institute of Engineering,

It is with a deep sense of responsibility and commitment that I extend my sincere greetings to all faculty members, staffs and students of the Institute of Engineering (IOE), Tribhuvan University. I am honored to inform you that I have been taking the main responsibility as an Asst. Dean (Administration) at IOE, while I have recently assumed the additional role of Chief of the Examination Control Division of the IOE. I take this opportunity to express my gratitude to the IOE leadership for entrusting me with this important responsibility.

The Examination Control Division (ECD) of IOE plays a vital role in upholding the academic integrity, transparency, fairness, and efficiency of the evaluation and examination system of IOE. We firmly committed to strengthening examination governance through timely processes, accurate evaluation, adoption of appropriate digital solutions, and continuous coordination with campuses, departments, faculty members, and students, while all stakeholder’s rigorous support is highly important to furnish tasks of ECD in time. 

I kindly request the respected faculty members and staffs for their continued cooperation in maintaining academic discipline, adhering to examination schedules, and supporting quality examination practices. Likewise, I encourage our dear students to strictly follow examination rules and regulations, maintain academic honesty, and communicate constructively with the ECD through official channels whenever necessary.

Together, through mutual respect, professionalism, and collaboration, we can further enhance the credibility and excellence of IOE’s examination system in line with national and international academic standards.
